Looking for a sweet, lovable and playful pet to be the newest member of your pack? Belmont, a four-year-old Chihuahua mix may be the perfect fit! Belmont has cute perky ears, a happy smile and a has the cutest stout body with a shiny black coat!
Belmont loves to play! He enjoys running around the yard, rolling around in the dirt and playing fetch. Belmont really likes toys- his favorites are plush squeak toys and rubbery bones- and a peanut butter-filled Kong keeps him busy while his foster mom is away. While he would be ok as an only dog, Belmont gets along well with other dogs, especially bigger dogs, and is known to cuddle and play with his furry friends.
Belmont has a lot of playful energy so his ideal family will provide him with walks and play sessions. When playtime is over and Belmont is tired, he really likes to lounge with his people. An affectionate pup, he is generous with kisses and only asks for belly and ear rubs in return.
Belmont is working on leash training and basic commands like “sit” and “stay.” He is crate trained, house trained and ready for his forever home!
