My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dandelion (“Dandy”) came to us thin and in poor health, with the tiniest little mew. He's a robust orange tabby now, but he's kept his tiny little mew that will just melt your heart. He makes a great indoor/outdoor kitty. He will follow you out into the backyard and watch you work: he's extremely sociable with people! He will throw himself against your legs and rub when he wants attention, or watch you work until you notice that he looks like he could use a little extra love. He's an alpha, though, so he's not a good match for a kitten, a feral cat, or a kitty in poor health. He and Clawdia (also available for adoption) get along really well because they are evenly matched: both large, alpha types. It is possible that he might not get along with other kitties, though. This guy will let you carry him around in your arms, so long as the petting doesn't stop!
He is fostered in Athens, AL is felv/fiv negative, up to date on vaccines, neutered and microchipped! His adoption fee is $25 and you can fill out an application for his at www.forrescue.net!
