Rasta's Story...
Rasta is hilarious. She's always bouncing and pouncing and playing. She's a happy-go-lucky gal with a soft low to no shed coat. She's pad trained and crate trained but will need to continue her house training. She loves kids, will play with cats and loves other dogs. She isn't old enough to be spayed but it is included in her adoption fee ($500)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rasta, a Los Angeles Shih Tzu/Pug puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu/Pug for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Shih Tzu/Pug puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu/Pug breeders who help with Shih Tzu/Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
