**IN VERMONT** Meet Gypsy Rose! Here is a video: https://youtu.be/inRYiYbQcok
And another: https://youtu.be/MQ1dLI-Xa7Y
Gypsy Rose is approx. 10 mos old, about 40 lbs., vetted, spayed and micro-chipped. Look at those eyes! She is dog friendly, cat-friendly, good with kids, in her previous foster home she lived with a 5 & 6 year old, and has been a Momma - we love our Momma dogs! She is crate-traine d, likes riding in the car, is SUPER soft, has medium energy, and loves her toys. Her foster says Gypsy Rose has put on a little weight and looks healthy. She is house-broken and can follow commands "sit" and "down", she is super lovable and is walking well on the leash. She could be trained as a good hunting dog as she is super fast. Gypsy Rose loves attention and always is in great spirits! She would LOVE to be with an active family to have fun and get exercise. Stay tuned for more information as Gypsy Rose is a new rescue!

Disclosure: Breed labels are often incorrect: we rarely know the genetic lineage of the dogs we rescue. Many shelters and rescues specify breeds based on appearance; however, research has shown that less than 2% of a dog’s DNA determines appearance! Passion 4 Paws does not practice the use of labels pertaining to compatibility with others or dog breed. Labels such as “dog friendly” and “child friendly” should be used with caution as they often over-simplify the personalities and behavior of dogs.

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply.
