My name is Sherli Anya from Iran and I am a wonderful and beautiful female 11 month old Afghan Hound and Anatolian Shephard Mix. I weigh 60 lbs and was saved from Iran. I am so happy to be in America. I came from a village where people kill dogs because dogs are dirty. A few students found out that the neighbors wanted to give me away to a very high kill shelter. They talked to a vet and told him to take me and keep me safe until a rescuer could find me a place to go to. I am active, smart, housebroken, loving, knows commands and how to use the doggy door. I get along great with big dogs my size and love to play with them, no cats please and no small kids. I love attention and human love and belly rubs. A home with a fenced in yard is required so I can get my exercise. I would love to work with a dog trainer to learn more manners. The adoption fee of $ 695. covers the spay/neuter, all vaccinations, microchipping, health certificate, boarding, and transportation costs from the Middle East ~ IRAN to SEATTLE. The adoption fee is firm and help covers the medical expenses of other dogs in our rescue organization in need of orthopedic surgery, dental work, and more. Donations are always appreciated to help us pay down our vet bills at Greenwood Vet.
