Jules's Story...
ADOPTION PENDING!

Jules is a 7 year old 75lb beautiful girl! Her elderly owner had to turn her into a shelter when she was no longer able to care for her. Now she is in a loving foster home with her kitty friend Stormie.
Jules is such a sweet and gentle girl that loves her walks, chasing ball and going for car rides! Jules's temperament is very quiet and calm. She has even attended a few church outings and loves to meet new people!
Jules is the perfect family pet and has that wonderful Golden Retriever temperament. When she came to the shelter she had a bad case of fleas and lost hair on her back. She has been treated and some hair is coming in slowly. She likes to wear her sweater to keep her warm and stylish 😊
If you are looking for a senior companion, Jules has it all!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jules, a Virginia Beach Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever for sale in Virginia Beach, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Virginia Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Virginia Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Virginia Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Virginia Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
