Cleo's Story...
This stunning beauty is Cleo and she is hoping to find her loving forever home. Cleo is a very sweet but initially shy girl who needs a quiet and patient home that will give her the time she needs to flourish. She likes to have her cheeks and the base of her tail skritched and this is a good way to win her over. Cleo's gorgeous long fur will need regular brushing to stay free of tangles. Cleo is a little nervous around other cats but might be able to live with a mellow male that will let her reign supreme. She will do best in a home without dogs since they are overwhelming to her. Cleo is a gentle sweetheart but she does not like her belly touched so she needs to go to a home with older children who will be respectful of her wishes. If you would like to meet Cleo, please come to the front to fill out an adoption application to spend some one-on-one time with her today.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cleo, a Bellingham Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Bellingham, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Bellingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
