Wilcox—son of William. It sounds like I am a stuffed shirt, but I’m not. I am a fun-loving, escape artist who loves to play and run, and run, and run. That’s why my foster mom says I need a fenced yard; you know, because I love to run so much. It’s not that I want to get away, I just love to run. So, if you want to run with me that would be great. Just be sure and keep me on a leash and a harness when I’m not in a secured area.
I am Wilcox—a one-year old, male, Chihuahua/Terrier mix who weights about 15-16-pounds...a perfect size for cuddling and loving. I am crate trained, house trained, and trying really hard to learn how to walk on my leash—my foster mom says it’s hard for me because I am easily distracted, but she is continuing to work with me. I am very outgoing and love everyone, men, women, all children, big dogs, small dogs, even cats are okay. The terrier in me makes me a little active...but I also know how to settle down. I am very fond of elk antlers, bully sticks and toys, and I am very, very smart. And all that stuff is in addition to being super cute and lovable.
Best of all, I am looking for a forever home...and it might be with you. Go ahead and fill out an adoption application and come meet me. I would love to have a home for Christmas...or I can be your Christmas present.
