Pickles's Story...
#picklesforpresident
This sweet fella is one special boy. He loves all people, loves other dogs, cats and kids. He is a tiny little guy at about 15 pounds. He hasn't had the easiest life. We think he may have been left outside in all the elements so he is appreciating the inside life at his foster mom's house. He tested positive for heart worm and is being treated for that now. He is a trooper. He likes toys and laying in his new doggie bed. Pickles is very special and deserves the very best life. He is looking for a great home where he can be super spoiled.
He is doing so well after his heart worm treatment and is just the most loving and adorable boy. He loves everyone and would love to be someone's lap doggie, while watching tv or hanging out reading a book. He is so energetic and fun but knows when to lay low and just chill. Pickles is supremely precious. You have to meet him to completely appreciate just how amazing he really is.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pickles, a Dallas Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Dallas, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Dallas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dallas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dallas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dallas paves the way for another one to be saved.
