Meet Tom the Pom! Tom is a senior Pomeranian, we think approximately 10-11 years old. He still has plenty of spunk and is looking for a loving home where he can enjoy his retirement. Tom has successfully overcome some skin issues and his coat is still recovering but he is otherwise healthy and does not require any regular medication. He's a very special little man and has some special needs, specifically he is deaf and has limited vision. It doesn't interfere with his regular walks or stop him from following his foster Mommy around all day. He can navigate up small steps and curbs but would not do well in a home with lots of stairs (unless he is carried, which he loves!). Tom needs a home where he will not be alone all day, and would not be at risk of injury from very rambunctious children or other dogs. Tom is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines, heartworm prevention and flea prevention. If you are looking for a genteel older gentlemen to be your best friend, Tom is your guy!
