Butter is a beautiful American Staffordshire terrier that came to rescue a few months ago in great distress. She had swallowed a corn cob and it had become stuck in her throat. She had lost about 40% of her weight and was near death. After the obstruction was removed, she was kept and nursed back to health by wonderful foster parents. Butter is just under 3 yeas old, friendly and very happy to be alive!
