My name is Lavender and I am a gorgeous young girl. I was a stray living on someone's porch when Planned Pethood rescued me. I am very sweet with people, friendly, and playful. I am a curious girl, loving to explore everything in my foster home. I love attention, and will purr endlessly when you pet me.They said that I was exposed to all sorts of cats, kids, & commotion where I came from. However, at my foster home I have not liked to be around any of the cats/kittens. I growl at them when they get close to me & have swatted at some of them. I am not aggressive, but my foster mom thinks I probably would do best if I were an only cat for now. I am looking for my "Furr-ever" home to shower me with love & affection. If you are interested in meeting or adopting Lavender, please contact her foster, Sue at 419-250-0846.

About Planned Pethood, Inc

About Our Rescue Group...

We invite you to read About Us and what makes Planned Pethood difference from many other rescues. YOu can do so here: http://www.plannedpethood.org/about/

Come Meet Our Pets...

We have several adoption events a week at various locations. Check out our calendar for details here: http://www.plannedpethood.org/events/ .

Our Adoption Process...

After you decide on the pet you're interested in, our adoption process begins. Please submit an application.

It will be reviewed by one of our volunteers. If certain and critical criteria is met, we will pass your application on to the foster. The foster will then contact you and make arrangements for your family to meet the dog, most likely at one of our many Adoption Events.

A home visit is also required for all of our adoptions. If you are local to the Toledo area, it will be performed by one of our volunteers. If you are long-distance, then we will need to make arrangements with a rescue group in your area. The processing of your application can take several days, so we ask for your patience.

Adoption fees depend on the specific animal.

Thank you for your interest in a rescue pet!
