Meet Memphis!
Memphis is a loving and sweet dog, good with kids and other dogs. His former family says he barks at the cat, but never tries to hurt her. He has a lot of energy, so he needs a home where he's got room to run and a family that can give him the attention and love he deserves. He loves to spend time outside, and has been known to use his voice from time to time! This sweet boy is potty-trained and crate-trained, but very rarely uses his crate. Such a good and happy boy!
Memphis’ adoption fee is $100 and he’s located in Grafton, WI. Because all our Cupids are fostered in private homes, an approved application MUST be on file before proceeding with a meet-and-greet. The online application can be found at http://www.caninecupids.org/adopt-.html.

Our Thoughts on Visual Breed Identification
Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable. For most of our adoptable Cupids we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We think it’s most important is to get to know each dog as an individual! We then do our best to describe each of our adoptable Cupids based on their personalities in order to determine whether they’ll make good companions based on prospective adopters’ lifestyles. Dog behavior is not exclusive to breed — it’s a complex mix of nature and nurture.
