Lillian is a cute, playful tabby cat who's still learning how to be an adult. She's basically an oversized kitten with oodles of energy to play. She does love to cuddle as well but only at certain times. For example when she's not independently exploring and curiously taking in the scenery. Once she's all tired out or hungry she'll chirp and come rub her head up against you, ready for cuddles. Lillian would do best if she was the only cat in a home due to the calici virus she fought. She is no longer showing any symptoms, but she could still be contagious to other cats for up to a few months. If you're interested in having this little kitty come join your family come visit us at the SPCA!
Primary Color: Brown Tabby

About BC SPCA - Sunshine Coast Branch

About Our Shelter...

See our website at www.spca.bc.ca/sunshinecoast for all of our current adoption prices, hours of operation, etc.

The BC SPCA is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and enhancing the quality of life for domestic, farm and wild animals in British Columbia. Through its locations and operations across the province the BC SPCA provides emergency medical care and sheltering for more than 37,000 animals each year. The society also conducts more than 4,600 cruelty investigations and provides a wide range of advocacy and education programs for domestic, farm and wild animals through its Provincial Office.

Our mission, vision and charter is at the heart of all we do to rescue, protect and care for animals. It is also the driving force behind our animal welfare and education programs.

Our Charter:

The BC SPCA Charter is the foundation that guides the work we do:

Whereas:

The world is inhabited by many species sharing a common ecosystem of air, earth, and water. We recognize and value our interconnectedness with all animals.

Therefore:

The BC Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is dedicated to protecting and enhancing the quality of life for the animals of the world we share.

We pledge our energies to inspire and mobilize society to create a world in which all animals, who depend on humans for their well-being, experience, as a minimum, five essential freedoms:

1. Freedom from hunger and thirst

2. Freedom from pain, injury, and disease

3. Freedom from distress

4. Freedom from discomfort

5. Freedom to express behaviours that promote well-being.
