Barton is a super lively and playful puppy! He loves being around people and children. He gets along with dogs as well as cats.

Barton is a cute puppy, with unique look; he has exotic short, glossy coat and wrinkled forehead. We’re not sure of his mix breeds, maybe a bit of Beagle’s face and Shar-pei’s wrinkle skin. Barton is a loving and cuddly puppy; he would come to you, tail wagging happily to show his affection. He loves to run, tug and wrestle with his littermates. Just like any puppy, he is full of energy and curiosity. Barton has a very pleasant character; he is friendly to kids, other dogs, and even cats. He is loved by everyone who has met him. Barton will make a great companion pet for any loving family.

Barton was rescued along with his littermates when they were left abandoned at rural mountain. There were total 5 puppies wandered around, trembling in the cold wind, trying to find something to fill their empty stomachs. Poor puppies were all skin and bones. Thankfully, a volunteer pull them out of the wilderness and nursed them back to health. They were placed under loving foster care.

Barton is a playful and lively puppy! He is spayed, micro-chipped, and with up to date vaccinations. He is ready for a forever home. Will you open your heart and welcome Barton to become your family member and enjoy his unconditional puppy love?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Barton, a Castro Valley Beagle/Shar Pei puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Shar Pei for sale in Castro Valley, or seeking a Beagle/Shar Pei puppy from a breeder in Castro Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Castro Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Castro Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Shar Pei breeders who help with Beagle/Shar Pei rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Castro Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
