Dino is a 10 month old american bulldog mixed puppy. He is a big boy, weighing in at 76 lbs. He came to TPBP with a horrible case of demodex; lost all of his fur because of it and, after a few months of TLC, he finally got all the all clear from the vet. Dino is a good boy for the most part. He is very playful and loves to play with the dogs in his foster home. A home with another dog that has the same energy as him might not be the best idea. He is not very nice to the cat in his foster home so his forever home should be cat free. A physical fence is also required (no electric fences). It is recommended that Dino’s new family take him to formal training classes as he can be a bit stubborn. Dino is housebroken; crate trained; loves to go for car rides and walks and knows his basic commands. Our Adoption Process...

All of our dogs are in foster homes so once you decide on which dog you would like to meet and/or adopt, complete and submit an adoption application, which can be found at www.toledospetbullproject.com/adoption-info/ (please copy and paste into your browser).

The application will be reviewed; if the applicant meets our adoption criteria, the application will be passed on to the foster. The foster will then contact you and make arrangements for your family to meet the dog. A home visit is required for all of our adoptions. If you are out of our area, we will make arrangements with a rescue group in your area.

Our adoption fees are as follows:
$200 for dog/puppies under 1 year
$125 for dogs over 1 year
$75 for senior dogs (depends on breed)
For Puppies 4 months old and younger: Adopter agrees to pay a $50 training retainer in addition to the adoption fee. The $50 training retainer will be refunded to adopter after completing a dog training class and showing proof of certificate
