Red was enjoying the simple life, he had a home, a kitty companion, and a human to call his very own. Then one day, his owner became very ill and had to go into hospice and couldn't take the kitties with them. Red was understandably very upset and then found himself at the shelter because the family was not able to take him in. That was when he came to us. He is a very much the gentleman and loves giving head butts and rubbing against legs. He enjoys being brushed and stretching out long and relaxed so you can reach his belly. He is 4-5 years old, front declawed, and gets along with other cats and small dogs. His companion Buffy is also available for adoption, it would be great if they could stay together, but not necessary.
