Deep brown/black & white tuxedo, medium hair, male, born approx. 8/4/12, #12293

Andrew was found running across a street in Murrieta and looking pretty beat up. When the lady who found him called him over he came running over to get attention and love. It looked like he had been in a cat fight and had a large abscess on his cheek. Once that was treated in foster care and he got some TLC and good food, Andrew became even more of a handsome fellow!

Andrew is an amazing cat and would be a great addition to your home! He likes to keep his independence yet is always close by. While not a big fan of hugs and kisses, Andrew will let you regularly steal a few here and there. Where he shines and shows his utmost appreciation is for bedtime snuggles. Andrew loves to put his paws on your chest while you pet him and will cuddle up next to or near you during the night; sometimes he enjoys it so much and gets so relaxed that he will drool a little and might give a little love bite. Andrew likes his toys and is quite good at entertaining himself with games he makes up, though it’s best when you’re involved! He also enjoys a good mellowing-out time. Per his foster, Andrew is the perfect mix of everything!

Andrew hasn’t lived with any other animals while in our care, though at the vet’s office he reacted poorly to the presence of big dogs. He’s a gentle boy, and it’s expected that he could do well around children so long as they understand his "love bites" don’t have any bite to them.

Andrew is so sweet, loving, and gentle. He’s a cat who finds and hangs on to your heart—will he steal yours and find his forever home with you?
