Facts about Bowen

  • Breed: Bengal
  • Color: Spotted Tabby/Leopard Spotted
  • Age: Young
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Bowen is a gorgeous grey Bengal mix boy who is 2 years old and weighs about 11 lbs right now. He is very friendly, loving and playful. Bowen is neutered, has his 3 year shots, deworming, and flea prevention. He is great with most people, children and dogs. Bowen has tested positive for feline leukemia which is why his adoption fee is only $50. Feline leukemia is not cancer. It is a virus that weakens the immune system. He will need an exam every 6 months and must be an indoor cat. He would need to be the only cat in his new home unless he is adopted with his friend, Chanel, who is also leukemia positive. He will be attending our Adoption Day on December 17th from 10-2 at the Madison PetSmart. If you are interested in adopting this sweet fellow, please email healingheartsrescue@hotmail.com. You can also call or text (615) 290-2454. Leukemia positive cats can live 10-12 years or longer with good routine veterinary care.
