I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.
Hello my name is Harper. I am a two year old eloquent lady looking for a family to call my own. My owner dumped me and my brother at a kill shelter. We almost did not make it out. I was so scared that all I did was tried to hide in that tiny cell they stuck me in. A rescue had seen how terrified my brother and I were and they knew we would never make it out alive. They adopted both of us. Unfortunately there was not a foster home that could take us together so we said goodbye. I was sad knowing that I may never see him again but we both knew it was the only way to go on and be safe and not to mention alive. We have gotten to visit a few times and he is so happy. I am as well for that matter. I have a very sweet foster family. They have been so patient and understanding. It took me a little while to trust them and they gave me my space and let me come to love them on my own. I know I can't stay here for ever, they are a foster family and well there is another dog like me stuck in that tiny cell afraid for their life. I must move on and find my own family so that my foster can take the next one just like me. I might be a little scared when I first come to you, change can be a frightening thing but if you show me love, kindness and patience, I will make you the best dog that you have ever had. I am house broken, I do not require a crate, I am up to date on all of my vaccinations, spay and I have a micro chip. To bring home the best dog that you have ever had, please visit www.soardoggyrescue.org to fill out an adoption application.
