LOOKING FOR LOVE:  7 years old / 13 lbs.  Meet me Saturdays at 1 of our 2 Kennesaw locations from 11-4pm.  Check for my location at www.mostlymutts.org after 5pm on Fridays.  I was adopted as a cute little puppy for the teenage son in the family and now that the boy is off at college, I’ve lost my home.  So I’m looking for a family that will truly commit to me as I will to them! My perfect day would be sitting on someone’s lap while they watch TV or read and then going outside to chase a ball with them, or a squirrel or leaf, and then a bit of sunbathing!  Yep, I love the great outdoors and chasing things in the yard.  I really feel that I need a fenced yard to romp around a bit in, unless you will be taking me on lots of good walks, as my previous family says that I have a lot of energy!  So please plan on being active with me once I’m very comfortable with you and my new home environment.  I’m generally a bit nervous in new situations and with new people, so take things slowly with me (it doesn’t take too long) so I don’t accidentally snap at you or guests in fear.   Older calm kids due to the above.  I’ve done well with other dogs that are female and have a submissive nature as I do have an alpha male dog temperament.  Kitties probably wouldn’t want to live with me as I do bark and chase them.  It seems that I wasn’t fully potty trained, so please help me finish learning that.  I do need some TLC and a patient and calm family that will build my trust level up a bit and love me forever!  Energy level: 6 – 8.  I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, neutered and my adoption fee is $275.00.

About Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue & Adoption

About Our Rescue Group...

Who We Are:

Mostly Mutts is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization, staffed almost entirely by volunteers!
Our Mission is to help the Unwanted, Abandoned, Abused and Sick animals in our local counties. We fulfill this mission by working closely with County Animal Control Facilities, saving those who are in imminent danger of euthanasia, or those with needs which require specialized vet care that many other groups will not consider: major orthopedic issues, heartworm positive treatment, skin conditions, neglect and abuse

Please visit our website, www.mostlymutts.org for additional information about adopting a new best friend!
