LOOKING FOR LOVE: 7 years old / 13 lbs. Meet me Saturdays at 1 of our 2 Kennesaw locations from 11-4pm. Check for my location at www.mostlymutts.org after 5pm on Fridays. I was adopted as a cute little puppy for the teenage son in the family and now that the boy is off at college, I’ve lost my home. So I’m looking for a family that will truly commit to me as I will to them! I’m so sweet and loving and just want to be by my people and feel safe. My perfect day would be sitting on someone’s lap while they watch TV or read and then going outside to chase a ball with them, or a squirrel or leaf, and then a bit of sunbathing! Yep, I love the great outdoors and chasing things in the yard. I’d love a fenced yard to romp around a bit in, but I love to play inside, too! Lots of good walks, make me happy and will help me if I’m a bit nervous in new situations and with new people. Just take things slowly with me (it doesn’t take too long) so I don’t accidentally snap at you or guests in fear. Older calm kids due to the above. I’ve done well with other dogs that are female or male and have a submissive nature as I do have an alpha male dog temperament. I enjoy bones and toys but I can be a little aggressive if someone wants to take it away. Maybe you can teach me how to share. Kitties probably wouldn’t want to live with me as I do bark and chase them. I have accidents every now and then if I’m not let out on a regular schedule. I do need some TLC and a patient and calm family that will build my trust level up a bit and love me forever! Energy level: 5 - 7. I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, neutered and my adoption fee is $275.00.
