A FUN & ACTIVE GIRL:  5 years old / 54 lbs.  Meet me Saturdays at 1 of our 2 Kennesaw locations from 11-4pm.  Check for my location at www.mostlymutts.org after 5pm on Fridays.  I’m Morgan the Beautiful, a very active girl who is looking for a family that will include me in on all the fun and meet my exercise needs while having a great time together!  I LOVE to run and will sprint really fast all around the yard!  Chasing balls is super fun and I think I’d make a great running partner once I have a bit of leash training. I pull quite a bit and haven’t learned to stay out of your personal space, so maybe a no-pull harness would help me.  I may have been treated a bit harshly by men or a man in my past as I do shy away from them until I know them well.  Treats help and a calm and patient nature is what I need if there is a man in my new home I think I just need some TLC overall to feel safe and secure in my new home.  I also had pretty good potty manners while in my temp. foster home when taken out frequently.  I’ve had some accidents at the Mostly Mutts shelter, so I do need a little training yet. But my temp. foster says I have great house manners and haven’t chewed anything inappropriate, but it’s still best to keep an eye on me while I learn.  I’m not a big fan of my crate and am able to escape, so maybe my new family can spend time with me during the day. I ride well in the car and already know the commands ‘sit’, ‘down’ and ‘shake’ which is very cute.  Outside, I’m all play, and I love having my nose to the ground, tracking critters, so maybe no cats is best.  I can jump pretty high, including a 5-foot privacy fence in my temp. foster home.  I’ll need a home with a tall fence and lots of supervision when I’m outside. I’m so friendly but I could easily knock a child down so I’ll need a little training in that department as well as the leash training  I’m snuggly, playful and oh so lovable!   I love to play with other very active dogs so if you have another fun dog who would love to play with me, we may be a great match!  Older kids as I’m large, very active and I simply haven’t been around kids yet.  Energy level: 6–8.  I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, spayed and my adoption fee is $275.00.

About Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue & Adoption

About Our Rescue Group...

Who We Are:

Mostly Mutts is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization, staffed almost entirely by volunteers!
Our Mission is to help the Unwanted, Abandoned, Abused and Sick animals in our local counties. We fulfill this mission by working closely with County Animal Control Facilities, saving those who are in imminent danger of euthanasia, or those with needs which require specialized vet care that many other groups will not consider: major orthopedic issues, heartworm positive treatment, skin conditions, neglect and abuse

Please visit our website, www.mostlymutts.org for additional information about adopting a new best friend!
