Franky's Story...
Franky is currently living in a foster home in Watertown, Wisconsin.

Hey there, my name is Franky. A lucky thing for me that I made it out of the pound at Eagle Lake. Seems like I had a home once but I ended up on the street. Mostly I am an attentive little man who is keenly aware of my surroundings. My companions and I get along great and I love to play with them. Cats interest me too much and chickens interest me to. I am learning to go into the crate at night and learning my house manners. I catch on pretty quickly. I really love the young man who walks me. Toys are pretty interesting and I love to play with them. They are teaching me to fetch the ball here. I am under 10 lbs and if you are looking for a nice small companion I might be just the one for you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Franky, a Fort Atkinson Wheaten Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Wheaten Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Fort Atkinson, or seeking a Wheaten Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Fort Atkinson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Atkinson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Atkinson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Wheaten Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Wheaten Terrier/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Atkinson paves the way for another one to be saved.
