Although Mimi (Russian Blue) and Sadie (gray/white) had a rough start to their lives, their future is finally looking bright! These beautiful girls were rescued from a feral colony in Midwood approximately 2 months ago, when they were so small and sick, we didn’t know if they’d survive. But they’ve been nursed lovingly back to health—and now, they’re finally ready for their forever home.
Their experienced foster mom says, “These are the most affectionate little kitties I’ve ever been around! They’re playful kittens, but anytime they hear my son’s voice, their tails shoot up in the air and they come running over for some petting and loving, leaning their whole bodies into him.” They’re as gentle as they are sweet, “and love to snuggle with each other and with their people.” Why, whenever Mimi and Sadie’s foster mama or her son lie down, the kittens are immediately at their sides, cuddling up and purring as they knead the air in bliss.
More words of praise from their foster mom: “Mimi is stunning—the photos don’t do her justice with her ear tufts, long, silky hair, and plume-shaped tail! Sadie makes eye contact with you, and if you are somebody she knows, she leans hard against you with big purrs!”
Both Mimi and Sadie were tested negative for FeLV/FIV, are up to date on their vaccines, and will be spayed when old enough. If you’d like to meet these two beautiful babies, contact Tara Green at firstname.lastname@example.org!
