Meet Miller! You may be wondering how a cute little gal like this got the name Miller. Could she be named after Miller beer? What about actress Sienna Miller? Or could it be that her foster mom is a Texans fan and she's named after football player Lamar Miller? Well, the real reason is because her foster mom mistakenly thought she was a boy at first, and the name stuck (but it actually fits her). Miller is a dilute calico with emerald green eyes, and she has personality plus! She never met a stranger, and her favorite thing to do when you pet her is to roll around and lay upside down, looking at you lovingly with those beautiful eyes. She loves to play hide and seek, and you never know when she will spring from her hiding place and grab onto your leg for a ride. Miller loves to attack toy mice, and she will throw them up in the air and catch them in her mouth, or "kill" them by drowning them in her water bowl or burying them under the sofa. She's ready to go home with you today and protect your home from a toy mouse invasion!

About S.A.V.E. Rescue Coalition - TX Chapter

About Our Rescue Group...

S.A.V.E. Rescue Coalition works to promote adoption through new adoption events, more public exposure of pets for adoption, and help the public make a good match with an adoptable animal.
Rescue groups work very hard to save animals every day, often using their own money, sacrificing time with family etc. We have animals from shelters and the streets of Houston that are now adoptable pets and we area helping these animals find permanent, loving homes.
We are all volunteer and no funds are spent for salaries, benefits etc. All money goes directly to the rescue group or their animals.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our Adoption Process...

Adoption fee range from $150-250 for dogs and $90-125 for cats and each animal is altered, microchipped and current on all vaccinations. You will be required to complete an application for your selected pet. You can do so at Processing may take up to 3 days. The application will include previous pet experience and vet info, how you will house your new pet and a little about your lifestyle so that we can be sure your pet will mesh with your family's activity level. We want you to have a permanent family member so we will take great care to assure that you find a suitable companion.
