Help! We've been living in our Mom's gutted out house since the flood. We miss her, but she's ill and had to go live at an assisted living home, so now my other cat friends & I need new homes :(

Bandit is a real sweetie!  He can be a little skittish at times -- if you try to approach him he'll often run off, but not always.  When he does decide to allow you to pet him, he gets really excited. Won't leave you alone. He won't want you to stop! If you take a brush to him, even better!! He LOVES that!!! When petting or brushing him, he'll often get so excited that he'll reach his head around and just lick your hand the whole time you're petting him. Even if it means you can't pet him with that hand anymore and you have to switch to another hand, LOL. Which just means he'll start licking the other. It's one of his very cute & endearing habits. He likes to roll onto his back and act like he's sunning himself. Even if he's not in the sun! He usually perches himself in the window when you're gone and will watch for your return. When he notices your car, he freaks out and goes to tell the other cats you're home. But when he opens his mouth to meow, but his voice just kind of cracks a bit, or he almost totally silently meows. A bit odd but another extremely cute quality.

Bandit should not be free fed, as he will eat and eat, gain weight & become listless. He'll even try to eat fast then attempt to muscle in on the other kitty's bowls! He also prefers a very clean litter box so you must be at least a daily scooper. But don't let some of Bandit's eccentricities fool you - he really is an easy cat to have around!
