Sally's Story...
Howdy there, I am Sally. I am a female black domestic shorthair kitty. I weigh approximately 3 pounds although I am growing everyday. My date of birth is estimated to be 8/23/2016 making me 3 months old. I made my way to the shelter when my brother and I were found on the side of the road scared and alone. I am a rambunctious kitty who loves to play with my brother and other kittens. I like to cuddle and be petted from the volunteers but want to find my furever home to run around and show my family how cute I can be. My adoption fee of $95 is very inclusive – I am neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped, wormed, tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV and I am current on monthly Frontline. Please consider making me part of your family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sally, a Hawk Point Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Hawk Point, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Hawk Point.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hawk Point already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hawk Point breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hawk Point paves the way for another one to be saved.
