I am already spayed, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.
Tilly is a sweet, sweet Beagle that now has a chance at the good life. Her last family did not want her and more or less left her to roam the streets looking for love and someone to pet her. She especially seemed to be drawn to children and would love it when they would pet her. Poor girl was flea infested and pretty miserable with all the itching. We got her vetted, and on flea prevention. However, sadly all foster homes were full and a kind person has kept her safe; but she has had to live outdoors. We have finally found her a foster home where she can live indoors with some other Hounds. Her foster family has a history of having owned and loved many Beagles in years past and say they are just great little family dogs, so loving, lots of fun and "easy keepers"! Our educated guess on Tilly's age is around 7-8 yrs old. However we have found that once these dogs have the stress of feeling unloved and homeless relieved the years seem to fade away and they certainly act and feel like a younger dog! Tilly will be fully vetted, spayed, up to date on all shots, and on flea and heartworm prevention. So, please check back as we will be having updates on sweet Tilly as she starts her new life as a beloved indoor pet as she well deserves. In the meantime if you are interested in adding her to your family please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com Thank you for your interest in a rescue dog!
About One More Last Chance Rescue - Hagerstown Chapter
We are an all volunteer rescue group that tries to give as many pets as possible a chance at a good life when all of their other doors have been closed. We pull dogs from high kill shelters in the South when they are scheduled for euthanization and foster them in TN while trying to find them great, forever homes in New England. Our rescue doesn't have an actual shelter building in the New England area. Due to this it is not always possible to meet them prior to their adoption. Our Tennessee dogs are brought up to their new owners weekly! We have a 14 day money back guarantee and the dog can be returned to us if things don't work out. We try hard to get good matches in our homes so that everyone has a happy life together! We are also staunch advocates of SPAY AND NEUTER. The only way to stop the millions of lives needlessly lost every year is to SPAY and NEUTER! We have been doing this for 9 years with little or no donations, so please , if you can donate please do so. We have saved thousands of dogs since the start of our mission and want to continue to do so as long as finances permit.
Our Adoption Process...
Their adoption fee of $500 covers their complete age appropriate vetting, flea and heartworm preventative, microchip and their safe transportation to your area. Our dogs are brought up to their new owners weekly! We have a 14 day money back guarantee and the dog can be returned to us if things don't work out. We try hard to get good matches in our homes so that everyone has a happy life together!
