Marshmallow is an adorable two year old male Jack Russell/Chihuahua and is a little guy, weighing barely seven pounds. We rescued him after he was brought in as a stray to a downtown vet clinic. He was in terrible shape, emaciated and not doing well. They got him back to health and we rescued him and have him delicious food to help him gain weight. We are delighted to say that this sensitive and sweet boy is doing great now! Marshmallow is good with other dogs as people, but would also be fine as an only dog in a home where someone is not gone all day. A chaotic environment would also not be good for him. He needs gentle and kind owners to show him the love he has never had! Marshmallow is neutered microchipped and current on Vaccines
THE FORGOTTEN DOG FOUNDATION rescues, rehabilitates and re-homes shelter, stray, abused and abandoned dogs. Our goal is to place our rescues in foster homes rather than in boarding facilities. After temperament assessment, needed veterinary services, and lots of attention and socialization we carefully screen and place these dogs in loving forever homes.
