Tebow's Story...
Big, Bold and Beautiful, that’s Tebow. This young guy is not only handsome, but has a super personality. He is playful and happy go lucky. He loves the Frisbee and he has learned to jump in the air to catch it. Once Tebow has had some good romping time, he is ready for some real cuddling. He wants so much to please and he enjoys people a lot. The volunteers think he is housetrained. He spent the holidays at a “sleepover” so he was in a foster home for a few days. Because he is a big boy, he will need training...his leash manners need improving. But if you are ready for Tebow, he is ready to give you all his love. Tebow has been at the shelter since October 12 and is 3 years old. TEBOW - ID#A407641

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tebow, a Santa Maria Boxer/American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Santa Maria, or seeking a Boxer/American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Santa Maria.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Maria already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Maria breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Boxer/American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Maria paves the way for another one to be saved.
