Urban's Story...
Hi! My name is Urban. I'm a 3 month old Domestic Short Hair. I have been neutered, de-wormed, micro-chipped, and I have received my vaccinations. I will still require a rabies vaccine after I am adopted.

I am a very active, and friendly boy who loves to play. I came into the shelter with my sibling Usher, who I love to play with all day, but he is definitely the more adventurous and braver one! I don't mind being held and I enjoy snuggling on your legs while I take a nap and I like to lay on my back when I'm snoozing! I also enjoy playing with toys, and sometimes your hands, but I am very gentle. Once I find my forever home and get comfortable, I'm sure I'll settle down quite nicely! If I sound like the right fit for your family, come meet me today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Urban, a Lloydminster Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Lloydminster, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Lloydminster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lloydminster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lloydminster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lloydminster paves the way for another one to be saved.
