Maine Coon Mix
Dear My Future Family,
Hello! My name is Teddie!
I’d like to be adopted, please,
I’m eager and I’m ready.
I’m a very special Maine Coon mix,
With fluffy, silky fur,
And leopard spots and tiger stripes
And a lovely, happy purr.
I’m just a little shy at first,
But curious and sweet.
And you’ll quickly win me over
With some patience (and a treat).
I form close bonds with other cats,
And it would make my day
To have a furry friend at home
For snuggles and for play.
My new best friend and I could do
The things we most enjoy
Like playing “Find the Catnip”
and “Hunt the Feather Toy.”
And he might say “you’ve missed a spot!”
When I sat down to groom.
And I’d feel a little braver
When he walked into the room.
And maybe I could share with him
My super-secret wish
(To one day catch that laser dot
And celebrate with fish).
Teddie must be adopted into a forever home with a companion; he cannot be an only.
Teddie will be great in any type of home including with older children and small dogs. She has no special needs and will make a very special addition to the family.
Like all SNAP pets, Teddie is spayed, up to date on shots and vaccinations, and micro-chipped. And ready to meet you at one of our adoption centers or by special appointment.
SNAP is a non-profit 501c3 animal rescue organization dedicated to spay and neutering programs, rescues and adoptions for Atlanta-area pets. See more about us here or follow us on Facebook for the latest updates on SNAP people, pets and adoption news.
