Cooper's Story...
Meet Cooper!! This shy little guy is approximately 4-5 months old. Shockingly Cooper was thrown from a moving car, he was rescued by a good samaritan who witnessed it. Understandably Cooper is a bit shy in new situations, he takes a few minutes to warm up. He is a sweet boy who loves to play. He got along very well with the other kittens in his foster home. Due to his timid personality we feel he would do best in a quiet adult home with no small children. He may do well with a respectful dog. He will need love and patience to blossom

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cooper, a Blasdell Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Blasdell, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Blasdell.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Blasdell already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Blasdell breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Blasdell paves the way for another one to be saved.
