Hi, my name is KALIOPE and I would love to meet you. I am a Spayed Female Rabbit sh. The shelter staff think I am about 3 months old. I have been at the shelter since Sep 29, 2016.

Hi my name is Kaliope,

A little about me, I am named after a Greek Goddess and one of the great 7 muses. Mine is after poetry. My foster mommy says that I am loving, energetic, and full of life. I love to run around and do lots of binkies. After my run time, I`m almost always down to lay next to you or on your lap and get loving`s before my next run. I am very relaxed and love all kinds of people. Though I haven`t been with kids I would probably be great with them. I have been around cats and dogs in my foster home, I have no problems with them, in fact one of the cats and I were really good friends. I love my daily salads of spring mix and cilantro. I am use to being in a 42` long by 18` wide. I`m out growing this size and need a bigger size. I need to get out for lots of run time and cuddles. So possibly a X-pen, XL wire crate or if possible a room. Do I sound like a perfect match for your home? Will you be my forever family? I hope so!
If you have any questions or would like to meet me please feel free to contact my foster mommy at fp2col@aol.com

About Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County

Our Adoption Process...

Adopters are asked to fill out a brief survey to help match them with the pet that is right for them.
Adoption fees vary, but the typical fees are: Cats - $60, Dogs - $140, and Rabbits - $75. Pet license fees may also be charged. Dogs, cats and rabbits are spayed or neutered prior to adoption, and dogs and cats are microchipped, and receive initial vaccinations.
