Introducing Arndt. This boy is a sweet older gentleman in the literal sense. He truly is a gentle boy, and very sweet. He walks well on leash and gets along with other dogs. He has shown interest in cats by perking his ears up and watching them but has not growled or lunged towards them. If homed with a cat, we recommend a proper introduction be made to play it safe. Arndt is looking for a loving, mellow, forever home to live out his golden years; a warm, cozy place to lay his head and curl up next to his human. If you are that special someone to provide this sweet boy with the love he so deserves, please contact us today at RickyC68@aol.com and please include a phone number where you can be reached. Arndt's estimated year of birth is 2010 and his weight is around 55 lbs. Please call today - Arndt is waiting for your call. Thank you.
Smiling Dog Farms is a sanctuary for the forgotten, neglected and rejected. Our dogs come from shelters and rescues all across America. All dogs that are deemed adoptable are up to date on shots, spayed or neutered, and on heartworm prevention. Many of our dogs live in Wharton Texas, but we have very safe, reliable transport to the northeastern states.
Our sanctuary dogs that have been deemed “unadoptable” because they have bitten someone, or have other behavioral challenges, have a safe home with us for their lifetime and are also up to date on shots, sterilized and on heartworm prevention.
Our Adoption Process...
Most of the dogs that come to our Sanctuary have had a scary background of being left to die in animal shelters across the country. Understandably, we are very careful in our approving our adoptions as we are dedicated to ensuring that this dogs truly go to a "forever" home. As a result, our process is stringent, requiring an application, home visit, vet and reference checks and an adoption contract. We want the adoption to be a match made in heaven for both the new adoptive parents and the adopted dog.
