Daisy is a 10-year-old calico who grew up with one owner who calls her "the best cat ever." Definitely loved, Daisy is not afraid of meeting new people or interacting with kids. She likes to be held, but tends to sit next to you, rather than on you. She is laid back, enjoys petting, and used to sleep in her owner's bed. Daisy could stand to learn portion control, but happily likes to exercise, which should help her lose a bit of weight. Note: Daisy is on special food to prevent urinary crystals. She has a whole bag to take home with her. She will roll around on the floor chasing whatever toy you toss at her, and her head goes non-stop when the laser pointer is out. We would like to see Daisy go to a home where she can be the only pet, and get all of the attention she craves. The fuzzy photos we included prove that the girl loves to play!

Every PALS cat and kitten has been spayed/neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV/FIV and is up-to-date on vaccinations. A note about kittens: if you are adopting a kitten, they may need to complete their FVRCP (distemper) series and may not be old enough for their rabies vaccination. These essential vaccines will be the responsibility of their new owner. Detailed vet records and a calendar of vaccination due dates will be provided.

The PALS Adoption Center, located inside PetSmart at 10 Traders Way in Salem, MA (just off Highland Ave/Rte 107) is open Saturday and Sunday from 11AM-4PM or by appointment on Monday/Wednesday/Friday between 11AM- 2PM. Adoption applications can be found online at www.palscats.org, outside of our Adoption Center in PetSmart, or by emailing adoptions@PalsAnimalLifeSavers.com. A completed application is not necessarily an approved application. We do ask for written landlord approval if you rent, or proof of home ownership (water bill, etc.) We will also check your vet references.

Our online sites are updated regularly, but we can not guarantee that a cat you see here is still available. Please email if you have any questions regarding the adoption process or our available cats and kittens. PALS is an all-volunteer, no-kill rescue group. Each and every cat and kitten has been rescued locally.
