Hi, my name is Meowth and I'm about 8 weeks old. I spent the first four or five weeks of my life living outside with my mom and my siblings until some nice people rescued us. Now I get to live inside where it's nice and warm and I always have food. Because I spent so much time outside I'm still getting used to people and being touched and picked up. I'm slowly getting used to humans  and while I really like my siblings I might do better in a home where I'm the only pet or one with animals who aren't super energetic. My foster mom says I'm a special girl with a sweet face and that I'm really soft. I hope I can find a family that will understand that it may take me a little time to adjust but once I do, they'll see how much love I have to give.

Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

All STAR animals come vetted, Up to Date (UTD) on age appropriate shots and testing, spay and neutered (if of age,) and microchipped.
Please fill out an adoption application and start the process for your new family member!

AGE DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately, most of the orphaned animals that come into our rescue looking for homes don’t bring birth certificates. Sometimes we know our pets’ ages. Sometimes we don’t. So we make our best guess based on the condition of their teeth and the veterinarians best guess.  BREED DISCLAIMER: Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label . Microchips: For the safety of our dogs and peace of mind of our fosters and adopters, STAR microchips all dogs prior to adoption with Petlink Microchips. Please understand that all dogs MUST still wear a collar with ID tags (which include your current information) AT ALL TIMES. Please remember, our foster dogs are extremely important to us-- we will always take any of our dogs back, if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog. Never surrender him/her to a shelter!

About Our Rescue Group...

Saving Tails Animal Rescue is a start up rescue that currently has 50 animals. The rescue was started by a group of rescue volunteers. As with any rescue the mission is to save lives, but we also want to be part of community outreach when possible, and help educate current and potential owners on how to be good guardians for their animals.
