Get a load of my good looks. I just can't seem to get the right human to come in and take me home. I have some patience you know, but this place is a drag. Not a lot of music or birds to look at, not one dog to steal from his bed , and no one to be wowed over my naturally born tuxedo. And I have my bag, packed ready to go.
the shelter is located at 650 John HOwell Memorial Drive in Lincolnton. 704 736 4125. Open M-SAt; 11 to 4:30. Same day adoptions. No appt needed. All cats are just $20 for the month, normally $85. to adopt and that includes their spay or neuter , vaccines, including rabies , microchip and even 30 days of free insurance! Once you pay the adoption fee, I am then taken to the vet to be spayed or neutered.. Then you pick me up there .There is a very family friendly cat interaction room in our newly remodeled shelter. Don't delay, these cats don't have forever.Every cat that gets a home means one more could be moved up to the adoption room.. Please hurry and adopt me. thank you ! we are trying to reach a 90 percent live release rate and we can with your help in adopting.

About Friends of Lincoln County Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We focus on helping cats and dogs in LIncoln County Animal Control who are in danger of being euthanized. We take them to pet adoptions as well as list them. We also try to feature or help foster those who have been at animal control the longest and in danger of not making it out.

Please volunteer if you are in the North Charlotte area or willing to drive to Lincoln County area to help. We need help with set up and take down at adoption events besides interacting and helping the public with adoptions on Saturdays in Huntersville.

We are in need of a photographer willing to go the shelter weekly to photograph the animals . Nothing fancy just someone willing to take them out for pictures so they will get exposure to the public.

re in need of foster homes desperately to save dogs, cats and kittens from euthanasia.
