I am already spayed and not good with kids.
Well hello there, stranger. Aren't I a pretty kitty? My name is Alex and I'm a sweet and sassy Tortie here at Helping Hands. I was brought into the shelter as a stray. After spending some time adjusting to my new surroundings, I've decided that I'm ready to go home. I'm a loving girl and would make a great lap cat (on my terms, of course.) I'm gentle and enjoy a good pet down, but I'm not overly keen on being held. If you're looking for a quiet girl, you've come to the right place. I hope to see you! HOW MUCH EXERCISE DO I NEED? I'm a pretty laid back girl, so I don't require much activity. I would be purr-fectly content to lay in bed all day. HOW MUCH GROOMING DO I NEED? I'll handle the grooming alone with my short fur. AM I AN INDOOR OR OUTDOOR CAT? I would prefer to be an indoor feline. DO I LIKE OTHER CATS? I'm located in a Colony here at the shelter, so I do tolerate other kitties. I would prefer to be with cats that have a similar, reserved personality to my own. DO I LIKE DOGS? If you have canine pals at home, please introduce me to them slowly so I don't get overwhelmed too quickly. It could take me a while to warm up to them. Primary Color: Tortoiseshell Weight: 6.2 Age: 3yrs 3mths 3wks
