I am already spayed, housetrained, good with kids, and good with dogs.
Sally is a 12 week old, 13 lb Boxer/Shepherd mix (strong on the mix part!). She is all puppy, complete with puppy energy and puppy playfulness and puppy cuddling. She gets along with other dogs, but may need a gradual introduction. She was a little overwhelmed by the other dogs in her foster home, but by the 3rd day, she was perfectly ok. Sally, like all puppies, will need training, play time, attention, exercise, and people who will be patient with her while she is learning. Sally is adorable, and will be a great companion for the right adopters.
Humane Tomorrow is a non-profit 501(c), all volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of unwanted and abused animals in Flower Mound and the surrounding areas. We are also committed to spay/neuter assistance and education to companion animal guardians.
We do not have a shelter, so all animals in our program are placed in temporary foster homes until permanent homes can be found.
We have Adopt A Pets on the second and forth Saturday each month at
Petsmart in Flower Mound.
6060 Long Prairie Road (Hwy. 2499)
Flower Mound, Texas 75028
We also have AdoptAPurrs (cats only) at Petsmart each Sunday AFTER an Adopt A Pet.
Going North on Hwy.2499, the Petsmart will be on the right, just before Justin Road (FM407)
You can see all our animals there or, if you find an animal you just can't wait to see, call or E-mail for an appointment.
Our Adoption Process...
All potential adopters must fill out an application for the animal they want to adopt, which is available on our website. Humane Tomorrow does not do adoptions outside of the DFW Metroplex.
Our adoption fees are... Cats: $120 for kittens & cats $140 for declawed cats $100 for senior cats (10 yrs +)
Dogs: $200 for puppies and dogs $175 for senior dogs (senior depends on breed and size) Note that some dogs may have higher adoption fees if they are very adoptable or "designer" breeds
This adoption fee helps to cover the costs of basic preventative care including spay or neuter, vaccines (including Rabies and virals), heartworm tests and preventative for dogs, FeLV/FIV tests for cats, in addition to extra medical care the animal may need, such as heartworm treatment, dental, or surgery. Often our adoption fees do not even cover costs for basic medical care the animals need, and are certainly cheaper than if all these procedures were covered by the owner.
Humane Tomorrow reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter!
Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures,
