Rex was trapped at a garbage dump during a trap/neuter/release event. He was about 10 weeks old and sick. We saw something special in this boy and decided not to release him to fend for himself in the wild. He quickly learned to accept human love and LOVES to be petted. He has a loud contented purr and loves to rub on your legs and roll around for petting. He is still nervous with sudden movements or being approached. But he will come to you when he knows you. He will bond closely to his human. We are seeking a special person who will give him a safe, secure, and loving forever home. He has a sweet and gentle nature and has never bitten or scratched anyone. He really enjoys the company of other cats and greets them all with a friendly rub and head bump.
