Abigail is a beautiful, 3 month old, tortoiseshell kitten that is in dire need of a forever home that will give her time and space to come around, a calm, quiet home, and lots of love. This girl is trying to get better with her socialization skills but is having a rough time. Can you give her a forever, loving home? Are you interested but have more questions? Out shelter is located at 98 Basin Park Drive in Gunnison, Colorado. Our open hours are:
Wednesdays 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturdays 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Sundays 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
You can also contact the shelter at (970)641-1173 if you would like to meet an animal at times outside of our normal shelter hours.
If you will be driving in from out-of-town, we recommend you call Deb or Kayce first to ensure that the animal you are interested in seeing will be at the shelter, as many of our pets are in foster homes.
Our Adoption Process...
A potential adopter must complete an adoption application which can be completed at the shelter or on gvawl.org. GVAWL may request to complete a home visit.
