Bishop! 8 year old boxer/German shepherd mix. Weighs 41 lbs! The sweetest dog you will ever meet! He is as loving as he could be! Dog friendly, cat approved! Loves toys and chewies! Thai poor guy was picked up as a stray and pretty badly beat up by what seemed to be another dog attacking him. He has one eye that he may not be able to see out of, will know more detail at the beginning of next week, he does have scars on his poor little body. He is house trained  and looking for his forever home! No matter what this baby has been through he is still the sweetest happiest guy ever!

About Gram Rescue Ranch (GRR)

About Our Rescue Group...

Gram Rescue Ranch (GRR)
"Taking a bite out of shelters, one dog at a time!"

We work with various animal control shelters in multiple cities and countys to pull several dogs at a time who are about to be euthanized. We then get them up-to-date on medical care and endeavor to find homes for them. The Forsyth Humane Society in Winston-Salem has been very cooperative in helping us place some of these rescue dogs.

Come Meet Our Pets...

All of our adoptable animals are either in a foster home or in boarding. If you would be interested in setting up a meet and greet we would first require a vet reference (where we call a past or present vet to verify all animals have been utd on shots and on heart worm and flea treatment). We do not adopt any dogs out to homes with children under 10 years of age and most of our dogs require a fenced in yard. For further information you may contact Adelia at 336-575-3603, or April Britt 336-341-5199 to learn more about adopting a pet.

Our Adoption Process...

We typically charge a non-refundable $200 pet adoption (**unless otherwise stated in description***) fee via cash or check. The pet has been given initial medical care at a participating veterinary clinic and has had full-service medical care while in the care of GRR.

We require adopter to sign and abide by an adoption contract. We would be happy to send you a copy of that contract for your review.
