Brewster's Story...
Brewster is currently living in a foster home in Delevan, Wisconsin.

Brewster is a great little guy who came to us as one big giant ball of matted hair. The picture we have posted is his immediate post grooming picture. We found a beautiful dog underneath all his hair! This little guy is a bundle of love who needs a little bit of time to warm up to new people, but once he gets to know you he will be your very own cuddle bug! The vet believes Brewster is about one year old and about 18 lbs...just the perfect combination. If you think you are the perfect family....Brewster would love to meet you.

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a home visit and a meet and greet. Please note that preference is given to adopters in Wisconsin, but out of state adoptions will be considered. Adoption fee is $250.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brewster, a Fort Atkinson Lhasa Apso dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso for sale in Fort Atkinson, or seeking a Lhasa Apso dog from a breeder in Fort Atkinson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Atkinson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Atkinson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso breeders who help with Lhasa Apso rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Atkinson paves the way for another one to be saved.
