My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Good morning everyone I would like to introduce myself...my name is #EricaBPFF..it's a pleasure to meet you...I am the newest member of the Barky Pines family...and I would like to share my story with you...I was found...with my "husband" tied to a fence...we were both very very scared...and couldn't imagine what would happen next...who would leave their children tied to a fence...who would do that? ..well can you imagine how the person who found us felt... when they saw a very pregnant soon to be momma... and a handsome fella tied up? They were in shock...and they did the right thing...they brought us to Animal Care and Control or ACC for short...well when we got there...they scanned us both..and to no ones surprise...neither one of us had a microchip..soooo then the process began...as most of you know...it's not good to have babies there..cause they may get sick..they waitied a few days...and then yesterday morning my 5 pups were born...I gave birth to 3 boys and 2 beautiful girls....soooo right then and there...they decided to call aunt Liz from Barky Pines..and see if she could help...and can you guess what she said...she said yes she could...and yes she would...she's got experience with puppy's and they said she would take us into her rescue and she would let us live there and care for me...and my newborn babes...well my heart just about burst open with joy...and I knew that my life was changing in a wonderful way...sooo yesterday afternoon aunt Liz and uncle Steve drove to ACC and picked us up...when I saw them both...they had that look in their eyes..and it was pure love and compassion for me and my babes...I knew in that moment...my family would be in the best hands...sooo they signed us all out...put my pups in a crate...and off we went to their house...we took a drive out to the country..and when we arrived...I heard birds singing and chickens clucking...and a few pups playing in the yard..and I thought...today is the best day of my life...to be able to be part of this family...with 5 babes...and they had a room set up for us...with a crate...and cozy blankets...and delicious food and fresh water...and I walked right in my room...and uncle Steve gently handled my babes into my den...and they started nursing...and I got to meet aunt Mary right then...she had that same look in her eyes...what a family...what a blessing...they then left me and my babes...and I rested...in the comfort of my room...and slept...like I've never before...peacefully...they came in a few times and checked on us...and freshened my water...and made sure I had crunchies in my bowl...and today...my babes are a day old...and life...is good...I want to thank my friends at ACC for contacting aunt Liz...and allowing me this chance...to be happy once again...well that's my story...we will share pictures of the babes soon...thank you for reading my story...thank you for caring...and especially...for sharing...your new friend Erica...woof woof
