Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tucker is a twelve-year-old, long-haired declawed male cat. Tucker’s story breaks our hearts. Tucker was with his former owner for many years, and she unfortunately fell ill and passed away. Despite being wrenched from an owner and a home he has loved all his life, he has adapted well, with some depression at the beginning. Tucker is in very good health, and it is apparent he was well taken care of. Tucker loves people and other cats, and he plays a mean game of laser tag. He’s sweet and loveable, and loves to curl up in your lap, safe and warm with you. Tucker is very social, and gets so excited when volunteers and staff stop by to visit with him. He’s an absolute lovebug, and strikingly handsome, with his long, silky black coat and personable and open face. We would love to see this wonderful boy settled soon with a loving home; despite his circumstances he’s a brave and gentle soul.
At PAAWS RI, all of the cats that come into our care are spayed/neutered, receive a rabies vaccination, distemper vaccinations, de-worming, flea treatment, microchipping, and testing for Feline Leukemia/FIV.
