Abilene is an adult female Pit Bull mix. She does well with other dogs and is very loving and easy going. CARE Medical Fund is paying to have a rather large skin tag removed on her hind quarters which isn't cause for concern, they are very common. This former mommy needed a bit of a makeover and we want to make sure she looks good for her new owner(s).
Apache Junction Animal Control/Paws and Claws Care Center is a small municipal city shelter located in Apache Junction, Arizona. The shelter houses approximately 40 dogs and 40 cats at any point in time.
