Great with other dogs
Good with cats
Nervous with teenager he met
Arnold came to us when his time was up at the pound. We scrambled to find a foster home for him and luckily we were successful! He’s doing SO well in his foster home. He adores their dog and is very respectful of their cats, even when they hiss at him! Arnold is just a giant puppy. He has lots of energy and loves to go for walks and play fetch. He’s extremely affectionate and loves to cuddle with his foster mom and dad and his doggie foster brother. Arnold did meet a very nice teenage boy and he was extremely scared of him so we believe he might have been treated badly by a teenager at some point in his young life. We are not requiring a home without children for him because we truly believe he just needs to learn to trust, so a home with older kids that can participate in his training and rehabilitation to help him feel secure would be fine.
