This happy and adorable little guy is called Ty and he a 5 year old, Rat Terrier mix boy that weighs 11 pounds.  Ty came to us from a kill shelter in TN and we promised him we would find the great home that he deserves.  This little guy is good with children, bigger and smaller dogs and he is known to be a “runner” if let out the door.  But he does come back…with a little persuasion.  He is housetrained and a cuddle bug as well as an active athlete.  If you are a runner of 2-3 miles this little man could keep up in a heartbeat.  His ears will amaze you, his resilience in facing life with a smile when the chips were down is amazing as well.  We suggest a companion dog in his life; the bigger the better as Ty loves BIG DOGS!  PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

About Critter Cavalry Rescue New England - CT

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a dedicated group of rescue volunteers who desire to find loving homes for animals who have been placed in shelters and are in grave danger of euthanasia. Our heart's desire is to provide you with a loving companion for many years to come.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are a full volunteer rescue organization. All of our animals are kept in loving foster homes, receiving the best care possible. A completed application must be submitted and approved to meet with our dogs/pups. A completed application helps us determine compatibility and also helps us to ensure a successful adoption.

Our Adoption Process...

Most all our dogs are fostered in Tennessee and transport up to the Northeast or New England. Our fees start at $500 and can be higher depending on the dog and circumstances for their vetting. All fees cover the health certificate, transportation up to designated places for families to pick up their pre-adopted dog, spay/neuter, rabies, all shots, fecal and dewormings, microchip, complete vet check up and 4 way heartworm test if dogs are older than 8 months.
