BK's Story...
This is B.K. - a sweet little wire hair terrier mix who is probably about 5-6 years old. He is full of energy and very treat motivated. B.K. was found wandering the streets of a small town in North Carolina and brought to our clinic by a Good Samaritan. When we could not find his owner he became part of our adoption program. Even though B.K. is a little older he is a fun loving pup and when you take a look at his face you just have to smile! B.K. would love a family of his own where he will be showered with affection, have a nice comfy bed indoors, and get plenty of toys and treats. Does your family fit the bill? If you are interested in this pup, please visit our website at www.tysorvet.net and click on the adoption tab where you will find a link to our adoption application. Be sure and fill in every field or the application will not send. You can use n/a, etc. for questions that do not pertain to your situation. Our adoption fee is $150 which covers spay/neuter, vaccinations up to the date of adoption, heartworm test, worming, and microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BK, a Siler City Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Siler City, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Siler City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Siler City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Siler City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Siler City paves the way for another one to be saved.
